Magda Delgado is an Executive Leader, Speaker, and Community Leader dedicated to helping Emerging Women Leaders discover their confidence, and strengthen their leadership, to build a life of purpose. 

Executive Leader - As the Chief Operating Officer of EYL University, Magda oversees operations for one of the country's leading financial education communities, developing programs, cultivating leaders, and serving thousands of members nation-wide.  Her journey from overcoming childhood adversity and becoming a teen mother is earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and leading nationally recognized organization has shaped her belief that our past can inform us without defining us.

Speaker & Leadership Trainer -  Today Magda speaks to schools, corporations, nonprofits, conferences, and leadership organizations on Confidence, resilience, leadership communication, and personal growth, empowering women to lead boldly in every area of life.    Through her own journey of overcoming adversity she helps women realize their past doesn't define their potential, but instead it can become the foundation for their greatest impact.  When you meet Magda you're not just meeting a speaker - you're encountering a speaker who transforms teams.  ​

Community Leader - As a the Executive Director & Founder of Voices Unchained Inc. a non-profit organization that empower and uplifts those impacted by childhood trauma to find their voice and live on purpose.  Her passion goes far beyond speaking and leadership workshops, as she actively impact communities with her annual Diaper Bag Drive event for teen moms.  Magda's goal with these philanthropic opportunities, is to advocate, educate and support youth and women who have been underserved and many times forgotten.
